These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Magic of Mount Shasta website and participation in our retreats, experiences, and offerings. By accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to abide by the following terms.

1. Booking & Payment

All sessions, retreats, and experiences are subject to availability and approval.

Full payment or deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Pricing may vary based on customizations or additional services.
Cancellation or rescheduling policies will be outlined in your confirmation email. Late cancellations may result in partial or full charges.

2. Retreat Participation

Retreats are curated experiences and may include physical movement, time in nature, spiritual practices, and energetic work.
By participating, you acknowledge responsibility for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
We reserve the right to modify retreat content, location, or schedule as needed due to weather, energy, or intuitive guidance.

3. Arrival & Departure

Start and end times for all retreats or sessions will be communicated upon booking.
Late arrival may result in a shortened experience.
Overnight retreats may be subject to specific check-in/check-out hours with partner accommodations.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to uphold respect, presence, and integrity throughout their experience.
Disruptive, harmful, or unsafe behavior may result in dismissal without refund.
The use of alcohol, recreational drugs, or substances is not permitted during any sacred work.

5. Liability

The Magic of Mount Shasta and its facilitators are not liable for injury, illness, loss, or theft during your participation unless due to clear negligence.
You are responsible for your personal belongings and honoring your own physical and energetic boundaries.
Participation in sacred site journeys, contact evenings, or ceremonies is voluntary and at your own risk.

All content on this website—including text, imagery, audio, branding, and transmissions—is the intellectual property of Gayle Fuller / The Magic of Mount Shasta.
